Aron Yarmo has been named to act as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Access to Justice Committee for 2013. The mission of the Access to Justice Committee is to work to inform injured workers about their rights and to remove barriers to getting those rights. The Workers’ Compensation laws can be very confusing. Insurers have a distinct advantage because they know the rules and injured workers usually are unfamiliar with these same rule. The Committee is dedicated to breaking down the barriers workers face in receiving the Workers’ Compensation benefits they are entitled to.
